Pizza


Here is a picture of the pizza I made for dinner tonight. I didn't really measure out any of the ingredients.

Crust:


Trader Joe's Almost Whole Wheat Crust.

Sauce:



  • 2 mangoes

  • soft tofu

  • onions

  • majoram

  • chili powder

  • salt

  • lime juice

  • Thai seasoning

  • cayanne pepper

  • a pinch of a few other spices.


Blend all ingredients in the blender

Toppings:



  • Beets

  • Zucchini

  • broccoli ("What the hell is broccoli anyway?")

  • Vegan mozzorella cheese

  • tomatoes

  • fake ground beef on half of it



I cooked it for 8 minutes at 450 degrees. It probably could have been cooked for a little longer, but I liked the slightly chewy texture. I had enough sauce for about 3 pizzas so we'll probably be having this again real soon.

I thought it turned out really good. I had never had beets on a pizza before. I thought they were very tasty on it. Click on Read more! for all the ingredients
