vegan chocolate cream pie

12 oz bag of dark chocolate chips (melt in double boiler, stirring frequently)
2-12 oz boxes of Mori-Nu Silken Soft Tofu
Soy Milk (less than a cup…just enough to make tofu creamy)
Graham cracker pie shell

Blend Tofu & soy milk in blender. Add melted chocolate. Pour into pie shell. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
